It is World Suicide Prevention Day
Today is World Suicide Prevention Day—a day that holds deep personal meaning for me. My own journey began with the tragic loss of my father to suicide when I was 18 and my battles with depression and anxiety. Learning how to hope became the foundation of my work with The Shine Hope Company and iFred. You can read more about my story here.
Research shows hope isn’t just an abstract concept; it’s a teachable skill and a protective factor against anxiety and depression. As we honor World Suicide Prevention Day, let’s activate hope and create a supportive environment for those who are struggling. Share our resources for Hope.
