These courses are 90-minute video introductions to hope, with the what, why, and how of hope. Our Chief Hope Officer, Kathryn Goetzke, teaches the courses, and there is an associated workbook to use to incorporate practices for hope. These courses are intended to give you a general understanding of hope, and how to apply Hopeful Mindsets to life.
