New Research by Gallup: Why People Need Leaders Who Offer Hope
Gallup’s research across 52 countries highlights hope, trust, compassion, and stability as the four universal leadership needs. Among them, hope is the most essential, with 56% of influential leadership traits tied to hope. Hope motivates, builds resilience, and helps people navigate challenges—without it, confidence and engagement decline. Leaders have a powerful opportunity to shape the future by fostering hope in their teams. Read more about Gallup’s findings here.
