Hope Begins With Leadership

Another tragic incident.
Another community shattered.
Another loss of precious lives.
Another generation left with scars.

As leaders in the business world, it’s time for action, not just words.
As creators, we have a moral obligation to contribute to solutions, not simply move on.
Our innovation should serve not only profits but also the greater good of society.

While the way forward may not be clear, one thing is certain: those who commit these acts lack hope. By closely examining early warning signs and taking proactive measures, we can make a difference.

Love, Hope, and Action: A Conversation with Scarlett Lewis

Recently, Kathryn Goetzke went live with Scarlett Lewis, founder of the Jesse Lewis Choose Love Movement, for a powerful discussion on how teaching love and hope can change the world. Together, they reflected on the recent tragedies caused by gun violence and shared how hopelessness is a consistent predictor of such acts.

Their message was clear: love is a choice, and hope requires action. By teaching these practices in homes, schools, and communities, we can address the root causes of violence and create safer, more hopeful futures.
