The Science of Hope and Why Campuses Needs Hope
Suicide is the 2nd leading cause of death in teens and young adults. Moments of hopelessness increase when we go to college, as we go through so many changes. So it is no surprise we see a rise in anxiety and depression, as hopelessness is a key symptom. We aim to ensure all students know how to manage those moments, big or small, and get back to Hope. Read more on the science of hope in college life.
