So it is no surprise we see a rise in anxiety and depression, as hopelessness is a key symptom. Hope is a preventative and protective approach. Let’s aim to get students help before they need it. Make hope a strategy for your entire campus approach to improving mental health for college students, faculty, and the community. Introducing the Hopeful Mindsets on the College Campus Course 

This course is designed to be completed as a class or individually. It is a 10-module video course that equips students with crucial Hope skills through expert insights and real-life stories. The course features experts from Harvard, Stanford, and Columbia, with insights from recent college graduates that offer real-life practical strategies and stories from their experiences with homelessness, mental health diagnoses, death, violence, and everyday challenges at school. Take the course or license it for your campus today.
